The ECVA Reconciliation is designed to reconcile the amounts from the Cash Budget Execution Report (B3) to the balances and turnovers from the working capital statement. The product can be used to produce both a budget and a reconciliation report for off-budget accounts and funds.
The ECVA Reconciliation is designed to reconcile the amounts from the Cash Budget Execution Report (B3) to the balances and turnovers from the working capital statement.
The product can be used by all types of authorising officers. It provides a quick reference to the differences between the amounts in the two reports, giving the user the possibility to justify the differences by allocating them to selected current accounts and also to add accounts with partial correspondence. A textual justification of the differences can also be written to each line with differences.
The data is loaded into the program directly from your report files. The amounts do not need to be retyped. The program works with all formats of cash budget execution reports – B3, BO3 for municipalities, and can also read the data from the BDJ product.
EKVA Equation is distributed in two versions: Standalone and Control.
Standalone
The variant is intended to be of assistance to BC Authorising Officers who independently prepare a reconciliation report for their own use without submitting it to a superior RBK. In this option, users have access to all the functions of the program, with the ability to set up a reconciliation report themselves.
Control
Designed for authorising officers who submit a reconciliation report of accounts and paragraphs to a superior authorising officer. Users of this option do not have access to edit the reports. They produce a report with the settings that have been passed to them by the authorising officer responsible.
The product can be used to produce both a budget and a reconciliation report for off-budget accounts and funds.
