The tool supports the following sample types:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monetary sampling with fixed and random intervals<\/li>\n<li>Random sampling<\/li>\n<li>Stratification by amount, text or date<\/li>\n<li>Largest values<\/li>\n<li>Marginal value<\/li>\n<li>Systematic sampling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tests:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fraud detection by Benford analysis<\/li>\n<li>Duplicate values<\/li>\n<li>Missing values<\/li>\n<li>Related persons analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All Samples, Tests, and Data Analysis functions initially display all information on a screen, and in addition display a variety of statistical information (number of records, population size, what portion of the population value covers the current sample, etc.) to help the non-auditor navigate the data as quickly as possible and make an informed decision.<\/p>\n<p>Adasoft.Office.Analytics also allows the preparation of combined samples. For example: stratification and then one of the other samples can be applied to a part of the set, e.g.: largest values. In this way, auditors can quickly narrow down the volume of data to be examined and express an opinion with maximum confidence.<\/p>\n<p>All samples prepare a ready document for data testing that can be immediately completed and attached to the audit documentation.
